Soy Protein


 Soy Protein powder –Protein powder  contains amino acids that burn fat and build muscle.

In 1995 The New England Journal of Medicine reported that consuming soy protein instead of animal protein significantly reduced not only cholesterol, but also LDL (bad) cholesterol as well as triglyceride levels. Asian populations who consume higher amounts of soy than the typical US diet are known to have a lower incidence of coronary heart disease (CHD).
